Terms of Service

By downloading, installing, or using the StoryTime mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and CodeKlusters ("we," "us," or "our"). We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

StoryTime is an educational reading application designed to help children develop vocabulary, comprehension, and literacy skills through interactive stories, word games, listening activities, and description challenges. The App is intended to be used by children under the supervision and control of a parent or guardian.

Parent/Guardian Accounts: Accounts must be created and managed by a parent or legal guardian who is at least 18 years of age. By creating an account, you confirm this and that you have legal authority to agree to these Terms on behalf of any child using the App.

Child Profiles: After creating a parent account, you may create child profiles. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account and linked child profiles.

Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Notify us immediately at support@codeKlusters.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

Account Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating your account and to keep this information up to date.

Free Tier: The App offers a free tier with limited access to stories and features.

Premium Subscriptions: Full access requires a paid subscription. Plans and pricing are displayed within the App at the time of purchase.

Payment Processing: All payments are processed through Apple In-App Purchase (iOS) or Google Play Billing (Android). We do not collect or store your payment card information.

Billing Cycle: Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) and will automatically renew unless cancelled.

Cancellation: Cancel at any time through your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Price Changes: We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with reasonable notice.

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the App
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the App or its infrastructure
• Upload or transmit any harmful, offensive, or malicious content
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any person or organisation
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the App

All content within the App — including stories, illustrations, characters, audio, animations, game mechanics, and software — is owned by or licensed to CodeKlusters and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit any content from the App without our prior written consent.

We are committed to the safety and privacy of children. The App is designed to be age-appropriate for children aged 5 to 11. All content is reviewed to ensure suitability for this age group.

If you become aware of any content or behaviour within the App that you believe is inappropriate or harmful, please contact us immediately at support@codeKlusters.com.

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant that any specific educational outcomes will be achieved through use of the App.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, CodeKlusters shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App.

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the App at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where CodeKlusters is registered. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.
